Responsible for the organisation of the bar, you will be responsible for the stock, and the management of the revenue and budget.
Your people skills allow you to create different atmospheres, entertaining animations, and a fun party feeling where the customers feel at home.

Barman

With good people skills you will ensure customers get a fabulous welcome, with excellent service and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Restaurant Manager

You are responsible for the quality of service and food received in the restaurant.
A member of the management team, in constant contact with the chef, you will supervise and motivate a multi-tasking team for restaurant service and washing-up.

Restaurant Manager – Front of House

In the restaurant, you are responsible for delivering a quality service, as per the Service Manual.
With great organisational skills and a small team, you will ensure fantastic customer service, and the efficient operation of the service and the dining room.

Service Agent, waiter

Conscientious, efficient and professional you will look after the maintenance and setting of the dining area to ensure a quality service.
With great people skills, you will ensure the service and dining experience is a friendly one.

Chef

Creative, and passionate about sharing your love of good things, you will coordinate the selection of dishes: quality and presentation of the buffets in order to maximise the flavours created by your team, in line with the Service Manual. Member of the management team, you will manage the catering and kitchen team.

Sous-Chef

Experienced, you will assist the chef in the creation of menus as well as the organisation of the kitchen. You will fill in when he is not present.
